8. Account Suspension and Termination

Upon suspension or termination, the Company may freeze all funds pending investigation. If violations are confirmed, all funds, including deposits and winnings, may be forfeited.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements and verification) will be returned to the User's registered payment method.
